Founder & CEO · Thermal Power Engineer (MSc, EstQF Level 8)
An award-recognized engineer, named Engineer of the Year 2025 by the Estonian Association of Engineers and Thermal Engineer of the Year 2025 by Estonian Association of Thermal Engineers (ESTIS).
Cathy-Liis has over ten years of hands-on experience in the energy and water sectors, working across design, sales, and execution. As former head of a 12-engineer sales team, she saw the same problem repeatedly: critical engineering knowledge lives in people’s heads and spreadsheets, not in scalable digital tools.
NAVE was founded to remove this bottleneck — by turning engineering know-how into fast, repeatable, software-driven workflows.
